I'm starting back at Puppetonia today!

Here are some photos of me in various Odissi Dance performances.

After volunteering as a fourth grade/ aerobics/ dance/ choir/ puppetry/ you-name-the-artistic-activity teacher for four months at Shanti Bhavan, Amanda is currently doing a one month yoga and Odissi dance intensive in Bhubaneswar, Orissa (India). Here are some photos of me performing with Those Girls Productions at the National Comedy Theatre.

Two new exciting developments:

1) I'll be performing caberet on 12/4 with Those Girls Productions. Click here for more information.

2) I'm going to INDIA!!!! That's right. I'm going to India to teach musical theatre and English at Shanti Bhavan, a school for children of the lowest caste, through Artists Striving to End Poverty.

I feel so excited and blessed!

Many exciting new things are happening in my little corner of the theatre world, but for now all I want to report is a couple new images from Puppetonia are available for viewing. Check them out below.

It looks like I'm going to be producing a series of musicals and new plays for children in Hoboken! More when the details present themselves.

I'm still performing Puppetonia several times a week. I'll be gone for a two week vacation at the beginning of August, but will be back and going strong starting mid-August.

I've been performing in Puppetonia 6-10 shows a week. I love it!

I'm leaving for vacation on the 31st and will return mid-August, when I will resume performances of Puppetonia.

7/8-9 I'll be at Symposia Bookstore at 10 and 11 am.
7/10 I'll be at Newport Fitness Center at 10 and 11 am.

6/30, 7/1, 7/3 I'll be at Symposia Bookstore at 10 and 11am.
7/2 I'll be at Newport Fitness Center at 10 and 11 am.

6/25 I am at the Newport Fitness Center at 10 and 11 am.
6/26-27 I'll be at Symposia Bookstore at 10 and 11 am.

It's $10 at the door for first time patrons and $15 for return visitors. If you like what you see you can buy a package.

I'm performing in Puppetonia! It's an interactive puppet and song show for children ages 1-4. It takes place in various locations in northern New Jersey, and is tons of fun. We do new shows every two days. So bring the kids for song, dance, bubbles, puppets and me! It's really a blast and a great resources for young children.
