After studying Musical Theatre and French at Ohio Northern University, Amanda appeared in Church in the Under the Radar Festival at the Public Theater. She was a resident actor for the Palace Professional Theatre 4 Children series at the Palace Theatre in Manchester, NH, where she also taught theater camp and helped choreograph and direct teen productions. She has appeared in both Play-a-palooza and Imaginations Can Come True for Astoria Performing Arts Center, the latter of which appeared on Queens Public Television. Amanda performed Say Yes! in Times Square, and is a founding member of ActorCor. She stage managed Slant Theatre Project's production of Beef. She was an artistic director and actor in Puppetonia, an interactive puppet show for children. She taught musical theatre, fourth grade and aerobics at Shanti Bhavan School in Tamil Nadu, India through Artists Striving to End Poverty. While in India she also studied Odissi Dance and Yoga. She recently performed in Strangers and Other Angels.
