- Monday-Friday 6pm Vinyasa (join)
- Wednesday-Friday 7:15 Grounded Aerial Conditioning (join)
- Friday 8pm Community Social Hour (join) (Sip wine, tell us a story, play a game, feel like you're at a party)

- $7 conditioning
- $35 week unlimited
